5:00pm Tour of The Kodiak Club (located next door to The Hoffman Hotel)
6:30pm Welcome Reception and Dinner at The Kodiak Club and Residences

Wednesday, October 8, 2025

7:00am-9:30am Breakfast at The Hoffman Hotel
10:00am Shuttle departs for Roaring Fork Land followed by a guided walk of the Project (please bring appropriate attire and footwear)
12:20pm Lunch in Carbondale, Colorado
2:00pm Shuttle back to The Hoffman Hotel
2:30pm Optional walk/tour around Kodiak Lake and the Beach/Ski Club
5:00pm Shuttle departs for Aspen, Colorado
5:30pm Cocktail Hour
7:00pm Dinner
9:00pm Shuttle back to The Hoffman Hotel

Thursday, October 9, 2025

7:00am-10:30am Breakfast at The Hoffman Hotel
Program concludes and you may continue your Colorado adventure on your own.
